The amenities in the unit need improvement and the unit needs to have a thorough cleaning. Since we there only a couple days I did not make an issue at checkin. I did send host a communictiob when we checked out of what our experience was and what they need to improve.

Good Value If You Just Need A Place To Sleep

My family and I stayed here for a softball tournament in Leesburg. The unit was nice and accommodating for what we needed, which was just a place to sleep. It’s definitely a good value but just do a little research to make sure it will work for your needs. Pros:- Spacious- Well furnished- Nice washer and dryer- Quiet area- Garage- Price was unbeatable Cons:- In need of a deep cleaning- No amenities- Master bed was very uncomfortable

Arrived to a beautiful place. House was clean. House was well stocked. Felt very safe. A nice quiet area. As two grandmother's visiting grandchildren we couldn't ask for more. Location is only a couple miles from the kids. There is a grocery store very close by and places to eat. Loved everything about this property. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for sharing your home!

The property itself was nice. The couches and the master bedroom bed were very comfortable. The toilets, sinks, and kitchen were clean. However, the baseboards were coated with dust. There were large dust bunnies under the bed that could be seen from the doorway and also the linen closet. These were just areas that we noticed. We didn't look for dirt, it was just obvious the eye. There was a roach in the 2nd bathroom when I went to shower. There was also dust caked on the top of that bathroom mirror. Check in was easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. With some cleaning this could be a great stay. The kitchen seemed very well equipt but we did not utilize anything there.

Our Quiet Taveres stay.

The location was great close to family in the area. Shopping and Dinner were great and nice and peaceful location. Sleeping quarters were great and comfortable. Just wondering is set of Key for spotted at housekeeping after our Stay?

Unexceptionable

The unit was not clean, the shower curtain in the hallway bathroom has mold and old soap scum caked on it. The couch had stains on both the love seat and the big couch. The coffee pot was broken and left in the unit for the next guest. Old soaps left behind from pasted visitors and there’s no way to know how old they were. The ppl renting didn’t respond to our message of us letting them know the condition of the rental. This is a bad stay with an even worse host. There’s no way I would recommend this to anyone. There’s slots to be done to bring this place back in to compliance for it to be considered. Very disappointed in the host and the stay!!!!

In Traveras for the Sunnyland Boat Show

I was in town for the Sunnyland Classic Boat Show on Lake Dora. The garage came in handy for storing my classic MiloCraft. Ie unit was comfortable and had all you needed for a good stay. As it was only 5 minutes to LAke Dora and the show.

winter vacation

Well furnished and spacious. Floor was dirty because vacuum was too clogged to work so I cleaned it, then it worked fine. TV channel lineup was not reliable. Hope it works better when I come back.
