The Stay Awhile offers guests an adorable two bedroom one bathroom home all one level home that includes a garage for private parking, a large fenced yard for pets and a deck to enjoy the outdoors. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen size bed, plenty of storage for personal belongings, bedside tables and charging stations to make your stay ultra comfortable. The Stay Awhile is nestled the Waldo neighborhood with a grocery stores and restaurants within minutes.

Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. * PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.
