Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1 bath with a 2 acre backyard and large parking space single family property type house.  Each bedroom furnished queen-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 4 people.  The living room is furnished with sofa, and TV. Internet is provided. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with cooking utensils, microwave, oven and grill.  There are security cameras near front and back doors.
 
Spend the day away, overlooks a live music BBQ restaurant and the business district, enjoying nearby historic attractions such as The Seville-themed Country Club Plaza or Union Station.

No pets allowed inside the property. No smoking inside the property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before checking out, we would appreciate it if you could ensure that all trash bags are securely placed in the designated trash cans.
We kindly ask you to clean up any dirty dishes and return items to their original places, which will greatly assist the cleaning crew, preventing them from spending extra time on these tasks.
Please remember to lock both the front and back doors securely, kindly drop the key into the lockbox. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cleaning crew will arrive after 10 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A pet fee of $50 per night per pet, plus a $200 deposit for damages, will be charged for any pets brought into the house.
Don't wait until it's too late to tell us of any issues until you're gone and writing a review!
A penalty of $200 will be charged for smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes indoors. Quiet time between 9pm to 7 am.
