Both bedrooms are located upstairs and each comes with a kind size bed, full ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the pool and patio.

A sofa bed in the living room provides an extra spot to sleep for 2. The guests can also use the full bathroom in the ground floor.

The pool is not heated but has a perfect temperature for cooling off and re-energize in the afternoon after a long day of exploring in the tropical, humid Merida’s climate.

There is a washer / dryer at your disposal.

A perfect stay! The house is a high-design gem tucked away on a quiet side street just off the Paseo de Montejo. The pool was a godsend at the end of hot days of sightseeing. The house is equipped with everything you could ask for, including a DeLonghi espresso machine and wide screen TV with streaming services. It fully lives up to its billing as a smart home. Very tasteful decor and beautiful landscaping. To cap off the experience, the hosts are very accommodating and good communicators. We would happily stay at Casa Muliix again!

Lovely property in a quiet corner of Merida

The home is nicely furnished, with 2 full bedrooms and separate baths upstairs. I loved the back yard plunge pool and garden…a lovely oasis. The main boulevard with historic points of interest, restaurants and shops are just a few steps away but it’s fairly quiet at the northern end of Paseo de Montejo. While the historic center of Mérida is about a 25-minute stroll away, I’m happy we opted to spend evenings at this location, away from the construction noise and traffic of the main square. Lots to see in a short walking distance, and parking just outside.
