7 in our group and we all loved the house! Plenty of space, quiet, and very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans, dishes, and utensils we needed. Everything worked smoothly and the host responded promptly to any questions we had.

Mark has a clean and very well-maintained property. If you are looking for a rental with privacy that is only a few minutes from Pigeon Forge you cannot beat this one. Spacious house with plenty of room. Clean hot tub, three clean bathrooms, and four nice bedrooms. We had a great time there. Thanks Mark.

Nice and secluded. Great place to stay for anyone who has a disability. Enjoyed watching the donkeys and horses from the back porch. Plenty of room for 8 people and parking for 4 cars. Would definitely stay here again.

Our party of 10 had a wonderful time staying in this home. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water!! Even with my mobility issues I had no problems moving around this property. Highly recommend!!

We found this home a very pleasant surprise, unlike most cabins, there was plenty of room for the five of us that were there for part of our stay. We found nothing lacking. The donkeys, mules and horses were very pleasant addition to a hot tub stay during rhe daylight.

This house was lovely! Very private with beautiful hills and views, but still close within 10-15 mins to PF. Our dogs loved roaming the yard and exploring. It was very clean inside and we enjoyed the hot tub and playing all of the games. We would definitely come back here again!

The rental was clean and the host was very accommodating and answered promptly by email prior to our stay and by phone during our stay. The photos of the home were not completely accurate. Doors and cabinets were scratched and worn, a couch in the bedroom had tears in the covering. Operating the TV was very difficult. There were no instructions to explain the SMART TV functions. The bathroom access was difficult as the door was not wide enough for wheelchair access. There were many great attributes of this VRBO, including the tranquility of the property, the responsiveness of the host, and its cleanliness. If traveling with a wheelchair, I suggest renters measure their wheelchair to ensure it will fit through the hallway bathroom. The other two bathrooms have a step leading to the bathroom. We did not perceive the home as upscale as the photos depict. Overall, it met our needs but did not exceed them.

This was the best experience of renting a place after at least 12 rentals in the Pigeon Forge area. Spacious, exceptionally clean, every amenity you could possibly want. Out far enough to enjoy the quiet of the mountains, but a 10 minute drive puts you in the thick of things. Sitting on the back porch watching and listening to the horses and donkeys was so peaceful. I plan to only book this property for future trips.

We had a wonderful stay! Our group of 9 (plus a dog) had plenty of room. The house is isolated and peaceful but so close to everything as well. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Hot tub, pool table, and other games were a plus too. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!!

Seclusion close to Pigeon Forge

The location was secluded and serene with easy access to attractions in Pigeon Forge. Plenty of room for a family of 6 adults. We enjoyed the many indoor and outdoor amenities. Mark, the host, was very responsive to all inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is perfect for a family getaway. Has all the amenities, beautiful views and lots of comfort!! This home was very clean and well maintained. Close to everything pigeon forge has to offer. If I ever take another vacation to Tennessee this is the home that I will book.
