Our 12 year old son swam at LSU for the weekend and we felt like we won the lottery with this place. The condo was clean and spacious and perfect for the 3 of us. The location was amazing with the ability to walk back and forth between events was priceless. We asked to check in early and the host was gracious enough to let us. Everything about our stay was perfect! We will be back.

Perfect rental and great location!

If we visit Baton Rouge again, we will definitely try and stay here! This unit is very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The unit has nice furniture, bedding and two full bathrooms and was the perfect size for us. There is plenty of parking and the location made it very easy for us to walk to our daughter’s LSU graduation and we were able to walk the campus every evening.

Thank you so much to Maria for a wonderful property! The stay and location were perfect!! The communication with Maria was wonderful. There is a market within walking distance for groceries and such and a Starbucks for coffee!! We were able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and adorably decorated and quiet! Fall Break with our Daughter

Our daughter stayed in Baton Rouge over Fall Break to concentrate on studies. We flew in to hang out, have good food and watch the Tigers on tv. The condo was perfect… great location, immaculate, comfortable. Parking easy. We loved our stay and you will too.

The GEAUXcation!

Not only is this an awesome location, it’s definitely the “GEAUXcation”! Our son is a Student-Athlete at LSU so we try to visit him on occasion and to take in Tiger’s football. The property literally sits on campus, there is no closer accommodations! We were on campus for family weekend and the LSU vs Army game, it was beyond nice to be able to walk everywhere including the short walk back from Tiger Stadium after the game. The property was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. Although it was a LSU football weekend, the complex was very quiet. Another true bonus was having your own secured private parking space because if you have ever been to “Saturday Night in Death Valley”, parking is a premium and non-existent on campus. We will definitely be back to stay and without hesitation, highly recommend this property. Thanks Maria for a great LSU experience! GEAUX TIGERS!
