Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated home on the lake. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and an open floor concept. When you arrive there will be a 3 car driveway. A walkway to the entrance with 3 steps. Once you open the doors to your home, you are greeted by the coffee bar seating area with a beautiful view to the front of the home! The kitchen is new with white cabinets and butcher block countertop. You then walk into the open floor dining room living room area with a sofa sleeper, smart TV, and French doors to a big deck!!! Here, you have full views of the lake. Have a seat and enjoy the views while you have lunch or grill. unfortunately there's no access to the lake or club house amenities.
The main floor has all 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Ready to have fun? Go downstairs to the walkout basement. Here, you will find a bar, pool table, Arcade game station with big screen monitor, sofa sleeper, half a bath, and French doors to walk out to your huge backyard. Have a seat in the patio, get cozy with a fire pit, or walk on down to the Adirondack Chairs and fire pit for s’more lovers.
To make sure your stay is as comfortable and easy as possible, we will have (almost) everything covered. We include shower toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), towels, linens, and a full kitchen (microwave, stove with cookware, toaster oven, COFFEE:) etc.)

Fishing/Lake:
There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed.
Water:
Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue.
Kitchen:
The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there.
Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house. Tell me ahead so i could bring my own.
Broken fridge!
Essential on hot summer days, but not working.
Angry neighbors:
None will skip a chance to let you know that you are not allowed to use the lake and the beach.
AC:
Leaking AC unit in kids' room. It was dripping on the wall all the time.

No replies from the owner or contact of any kind withing 10 days. Luck of communication.
