This newly built four bedroom, three and a half bath farmhouse is roomy and comfortable with 22ft vaulted, wood beamed ceilings in the open-concept, light-filled great room which conveniently connects to a gourmet kitchen, ideal for entertainment or a family movie night. The home has two en suites, a game room, a hot tub, horseshoe pit and views of the country oaks from every window.

Birthday Wine Tasting Trip

We had a wonderful time on my wife’s birthday/wine tasting trip. The home was beautiful. The location was great. It was an all-around good time. Thanks for having us!

We are a young family living in the east bay. We enjoy laughing and playing with our children as they seem to be the center of our world these days. Before having them we loved traveling and have been fortunate to be able to see some pretty fantastic places all over the world. We find traveling to places less visited by tourist are the most rewarding for us. Now that our youngest is a bit more mobil we are starting to travel again within the US and are excited to try out Airbnb for our lodging needs! We are respectful and clean people. My parents always taught me to leave a place just a little nicer than I found it and that is a lesson we plan to teach our children, so you can be assured your home will be well taken care of if we stay there and would expect the same from anyone staying here.

Why they chose this property

This home is conveniently located just minutes from Highway 101 and downtown Atascadero or San Luis Obispo but is in a private, quiet, rural location with incredible stars, oak trees and encounters with nature and its creatures. Guests should note that this property is on a septic sewer system, which is very sensitive and expense to fix. PLEASE nothing but bio-waste and small amounts of toilet paper in the toilet. NO WIPES of any kind! Any blockage of the septic system could result in a fine up to $1000
We have a "Ring"-style doorbell camera that records audio and video 24/7, casting around the front door/entry area. Tampering with the security camera is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
