This was such a great place! The place was centrally located with nearby coffee, gluten free baked goods and ice cream. Terra & Jason were so helpful. Check in process was very simple and the instructions also included nearby places to visit.This was our first time visiting Edmonton but we would love to return in the near future.

Lovely home, clean, modern, quiet neighborhood, great location, and has all streaming services already connected on the TV! The one downside is it’s a downstairs unit, so you can hear quite a bit of noises from upstairs (footsteps & furniture movements). Other than that, my stay was great!

Absolutely would recommend!

The basement suite is in a nice and safe neighborhood. Home is super clean, well stocked and nicely decorated with a nice vibe. Host is reachable, attentive and kind. Nice touch providing a little night time snack:) Great space for a couple.

The apartment was very nice, clean, the couch bedding was stained with juice or something though. We were just laying down watching a movie anyway. The upstairs guests were very inconsiderate, boisterous and under the influence. Understanding that this is not the hosts fault, just disappointing. Great area close to basically all shopping. Cute little place.

Better than expected!

This was a rental for my in-laws who are very hard to please. The apartment was spotlessly clean, amenities as described and location is fantastic. It's a secluded neighborhood close to a great little cafe, 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to a big shopping center, grocery stores and some restaurants. Highly recommend!
