On the California Side at River Lodge Resort
This waterfront tiny house comes with big views! ON the CALIFORNIA SIDE in RIVER LODGE RESORT ! Located directly on the Parker Strip. With a master, loft, bathroom, living room, and kitchen this house will surely meet all your getaway needs! Enjoy your stay while kicking back on the patio, on the water, or chilling inside under the two air conditioners. This house comes fully equipped for a great fun-filled getaway. Three queen beds, two massive tv's and one of the comfiest sectionals.
The Master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. Loft with 2 queen beds. Keurig, bbq, games, wifi. Everything you need for the perfect River trip!
Located in the beautiful River Lodge Resort on the California side, 2 launch ramps and docks.

Please note Parker Dam is closed from 11pm-5am. If you are arriving during those hours or are towing a trailer you have to cross to the California side in the town of Parker.

Perfect Tiny home on the water for a weekend Trip. We enjoyed the launch ramp being so close and the location on the water was great. Enjoyed watching the sunsets on the dock. Great amenities and the beds were super comfortable. Had everything. We needed for our stay!

Great stay on the river!

We loved our stay on the river. This place is super cute and cozy. Right off the boat ramp and dock for convenience. The air conditioner worked great!Cell phone service was spotty so we were thankful wifi was available. We enjoyed boating swiming and fishing. My daughter caught a huge bass right off the shore in front of doc holiday. We had a fun packed weekend and will definitely be back.

Location, location, location. Nice quiet space on the river with the launch amenities right there. Very convenient. Nice place and was perfect for our trip. Caddisflies made hanging out on the patio at night impossible, but it's a river thing in spring and fall.

The location, views of the River, and comfortable patio furniture were Wonderful! Hopefully they will update the patio photos on their website because we packed a lot of unnecessary stuff. The tiny house was clean however there was a lot of dog hair on the couch. The host did not respond in a timely manner for some of the questions we had, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the patio and being right next to the boat launch!
