The space
This 600 sq. ft. Canvas Lodge will not only be your own private home during your stay, but it is also home to some of the most beautiful wildlife in Minnesota. It's here that you'll be able to fall asleep to the call of loons and owls, wake up to the chatter of ducks and swans, and befriend the neighborly deer as you explore all this rental has to offer. This newly renovated rental features two bedrooms fitted with queen size Serta mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, a 75-inch QLED tv, a pull-out couch, an aromatic wooden indoor shower with instant hot water, a panoramic deck, two remote controlled heating and cooling units, high-speed internet, an outdoor sauna/shower, two paddle boards, a fire pit, and a private dock - all of which you can use free of charge. We also offer pontoon rentals for those interested in experiencing the cleanest lake in the United States, Deer Lake. We enjoyed spending a long weekend at this unique property right off of beautiful Deer Lake. The space was clean and included many amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable, including a couple of paddle boards, a large griddle on the patio, and a lovely outdoor shower. I would recommend this property!

Very nice family trip

The tent cabin is really cute and was comfortable for a family of four. We used the sauna and also rented the boat for a couple of days. It is on the steep driveway, which isn’t a problem for us since our car is four-wheel-drive, but you will want to avoid driving to the bottom if you have a 2 Wheel Dr. car. Be aware that the lakefront is not swimmable because of high vegetation, but the lake itself is beautiful and great to take a boat on. Close to Grand Rapids and many other activities.
