About this property

Our Ocean Palms Villa, Sunday to Sunday rental, is nestled in the quiet community of Port Royal. Wind through majestic oaks and pines and escape to this tranquil setting. There are 2 pools on property (one directly behind our unit) and kiddie pool, hot tub, and gas grills located throughout the grounds for your use. The Villa has a gorgeous Lagoon View with Screened in porch in addition to wrap around deck.

Take a stroll or take advantage of the Westin Shuttle ( stop is directly outside the Villa) to enjoy complimentary access to PRIVATE BEACH that is 5 minutes far away from the property by walking and ALL amenities at the Award Wnning Westin Resort including 3 pools, including one covered and heated, dining options, spa services, and Westin Workout!

THERE IS FREE GOLF FOR 4 DAILY on 5 courses(DOES NOT INCLUDE CART FEE) and also free tennis on the grounds and at Port Royal Racquet Club.

This second floor Villa has newly renovated kitchen and baths and in-unit washer & dryer and wet bar.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with King bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins but can be switched out for a King before you arrive for a $35 charge. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen has granite counters and is completely stocked with everything you will need. Dining room tables seats 6 and also has 3 seats at the kitchen island.

Our Villa is cared for by the Westin Team providing detailed cleaning services between guests and fresh luxurious linens and towels for your stay. There is a $240 cleaning charge that can be paid to the Westin after your stay.
In addition to the Beach and so many outdoor activies, the Island has a vibrant dining, shopping, and entertaining lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have been visiting Hilton Head for over 30 years. Now our son and grandshildren live there and want to spend more time with them so purchased the villa. There were literally 100's of options for us to invest in but Ocean Palms, with it's peaceful setting, free golf and Westin Amenities, it was the perfect fit.
