This lovely home is located 15 minutes from the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Magazine Street. It's across the canal from City Park where you can grab beignets at Cafe du Monde, walk through the Sculpture Garden, sit under the singing oak tree, or have a picnic.

The 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom space is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story duplex. It is not a shotgun home. It has a private entrance (through the gate), plenty of street parking, new appliances, coffee maker, desk, and ample outdoor space.
