This modern Metairie condo is walking distance to Dragos restaurant, Lakeside mall, nail salons, and countless other restaurants and boutique shops. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Perfect for friends or families. We offer an assigned parking space and there is plenty of parking if you need another space.
This condo is one of two 3 bedroom/3 bathroom units on the second floor of a quaint building in Metairie. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The condo has an outdoor table and chairs on the balcony for you to enjoy. All bedrooms have 40` Flat screen TVs. The living room has a 60` TV. There is so much available to you at this awesome Metairie location including Lakeside Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe`s, Lake Pontchartrain and countless restaurants including Fleming`s, Drago`s and The Cheesecake Factory. The condo is walking distance to the Mardi Gras parades that run down Veterans Blvd and is conveniently located to I-10. It is approximately a 5-10 minute drive to City Park and the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest, a 5 minute drive to an AMC movie theater and a 10-15 minute drive to downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter.
Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire unit.

The neighborhood is close to Lake Pontchartrain, Lakeside Mall and countless restaurants.
Uber, lyft and taxis are readily available. Parking lot parking is available. Ask us about our 2024 8 passenger SUV available on Turo for rent. Directions: From I-10 West (LaPlace) - Follow I-10 E to N Causeway Blvd in Metairie. Take exit 228 from I-10 E Follow N Causeway Blvd, 17th St and Severn Ave to your destination From 1-10 East (Slidell) - Take I-10 W and I-610 W to N Causeway Blvd in Metairie. Parking lot parking available for all guests with an assigned space. Lot is shared with other tenants in the building. Please let us know if you will be needing a pack-n-play or highchair. If you plan on bringing pets please message us before booking to discuss. 1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. Additional guests occupying the space will be charged $100 per person per night. 2. Quiet hours are between 10pm -8am. Any noise complaints between these hours, or if the police are called could result in a fine of up to $1000 and you may be asked to vacate the property. 3. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given and our cleaners have the right to enter the property and begin cleaning if they arrive and you are still present. If you are not at the property, our cleaners will set your items outside for you to collect. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $100/hour per unit. 4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided. 5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party will be charged a $1,500 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. 6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. If touch up paint etc is required there will be a charge. 7. Please use the make up wipes and black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging linens/towels. 8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100. 9. While pets are allowed at this listing they are limited to 1 pet under 35lbs unless authorized prior to booking. Pets must be kenneled when left alone but should not disturb neighbors. Guests must clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be allowed on beds or furniture. 10. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed. 11. Pack n` Plays and high chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one. 12. There is a $500 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property. 13. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans. **All charges are the actual cost, including labor, to remedy each issue.**

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. Great value and the location is awesome. Walking distance to the lake and mall and had so many restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. Would definitely stay again.
Condo was tucked away so not alot of noise outside. Inside was beautiful and location was fantastic with easy access to New Orleans and the North Shore.
Place was very clean and updated. Easy access to restaurants, downtown, airport, and shopping. Only problem was unable to get the WiFi to work. Would definitely stay here again.
