Great Spot

Had everything you need, an eclectic neighborhood. The only thing we wish it had was a full length mirror. Otherwise, wonderful!

The house fit our needs in terms of size but there were a few things that were not up to standard. There was no glassware or decent dishes. Everything was plastic or red solo cups. Coffee out of a plastic cup is terrible. I complained and the owner dropped off a box of glasses. No wine glasses or coffee mugs though. She said it was because they had a pool that they didn’t have anything breakable. We have stayed in many places with pools and this is not the norm. Also, the floors were really sticky. We couldn’t tell if it was because of the cleaning solution they used, but it was not good. The water pressure was not good either. I generally don’t write a negative review but this was something people should keep in mind before they book this rental. Hopefully, the owner can make some changes. There are other choices that we will consider the next time we visit New Orleans.
