We had an exceptional experience. The property was as described and the hosts were flexible with our arrival time and ensured there was a parking spot available for us at all times. We also enjoyed reading some of the books during our down time. In short, great property and wonderful hosts!

Jamie and her family were wonderful hosts. If we needed anything, they got it for us almost immediately. She even gave me some stomach medicine when I had eaten too much New Orleans food. She was a tremendous help with giving us maps and directions to get around in the area. The only issue we had was with parking, especially if you drive a large vehicle. The property is located on a dead end street and you will have to turn around in order to park in front of the house. We had a great stay and definitely recommend staying at this property!

Jamie was amazing the home is adorable and perfect space. Easy walk to the street carsJamie responded immediately to any questions we had everything at the house we needed even a 1/2 gallon of milk! It was my daughters 21st birthday and she decorated so cute it was so great!!Thank u Jamie!!

First off great communication with the host Jamie. She even brought over extra bottled water and alcohol we forgot to pick up with our trip into downtown. Pulling up though to the actual duplex, the exterior needed cleaning and sweeping as it looked nothing like photo online….we actually almost left with Uber driver but once we put security code in, we knew we were in right place. Interior is very cute, clean and quaint with no actual “bedrooms” with sleeping arrangements enough for 4 even though it was just a bestie and myself for a birthday celebration. Location was great…3 1/2 miles from the French Quarter on the Red Line streetcar which is literally a block away to hop on. We felt safe and secure. Neighborhood bars and restaurants only blocks away.

Location, location, location

This listing is just right. The accomodations are like new- very well decorated and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Fully stocked bathroom. The owners live next door and could not have been more friendly or helpful. But my next favorite thing was the location. Mid-city and 2 blocks from the streetcar line which literally takes you almost anywhere you want to go. Close to Morning Call for cafe au lait and beignets. Parking right in front. Wonderful!

The property was amazing but the hosts were even better! We had a little issue with the weather the first night and they made sure to check on us and warn us in the middle of the night about some dangerous weather coming our way. Some may not have appreciated this but I do. The local power company had some problems with the power in the area and the hosts did everything possible to help keep the AC running in the rental. Overall, one of the best travel experiences I have had to date. I would highly recommend this for a small family trip to New Orelans! Again I cant tell you how amazing the hosts were!
