Perfect Condo in Paradise Valley

The location of the condo was perfect! You are close to all shopping and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! There were even coolers for you to use to bring to the pool!! The condo was clean and had everything you could need. The neighbors were all super friendly too! There was a water issue during our stay, but our host contacted me right away to let me know and it really didn't affect us at all! We will definitely rent this again!

Hi Mark, Thanks for staying with us and we hope you enjoyed all the amenities of the condo and surrounding area. You are correct that the kitchen window faces the parking lot where the designated parking stall is located just steps from the front door. However, the living room, master bedroom and patio back on to a quiet inner courtyard with a green space and gazebo. Most of our guests find this area to be quiet and peaceful - the photos in the listing reflect this well. Due to covid and the travel restrictions, we have not been on hand as much as we normally would have; however, we will be this spring, to bring things back to the standards that our guests have always enjoyed.

Wonderful condo and complex in great location

Condo was spacious and well appointed. We truly appreciated the inclusion of kitchen items such as a few spices, coffee filters, dishwasher tabs; coolers for bringing frozen groceries back from store, and adequate hand soap in all sink areas as a few examples of little conveniences! Dedicated parking space right outside unit. Complex and surrounding neighbourhoods felt very safe; an easy walk to 2 grocery stores, and even Walmart/Target/Costco are a 30 minute walk away. Owners have extra security protection at sliding patio doors which is great. Pool are and *hot* hot-tub were clean and open long hours. Would definitely consider this again if looking for a Phoenix/Scottsdale rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. As a family of four, the property perfectly suited our needs for our holiday in the Scottsdale & Phoenix area. The property was quiet and in good proximity to shopping and restaurants. Pool area is great! Host Angie was lovely to deal with and always prompt with communication. She left great instructions, making check-in and check-out a seamless process. We really appreciated the little extras that made our stay that much more comfortable and easy. Things like having coffee filters, basic spices, laundry detergent, access to streaming platforms, pool toys, and coolers to use for day trips. These were just some of the thoughtful things that are available to guests of this property and helped make the stay enjoyable. The property was spacious, beds were comfortable, water pressure was great. We had absolutely no issues during our five night stay. We would absolutely recommend.
