Located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region & home to Naples NY. Our ranch sits on 4 acres of bliss which cannot be seen from the road & allows for additional privacy. Relax in a hammock or explore our trails and enjoy your time away in the woods!

Our sweet ranch offers a spacious but warm open floor plan that allows for great entertaining all while still feeling connected. You can escape into one of the 3 dreamy bedrooms to read or rest! We have board/card games & classic movies 🍿 to watch & cuddle by the fire 🔥. There is nothing like fresh country air and those stars are breathtaking on a clear night! We hope you take the time to connect to the land & nature all around you, your soul will thank you for it!

Any trails on our property. There is a large 20 acre corn field that backs up to the land. The corn field is beautiful and we are grateful for the view but we ask to please stay within the property lines. No trespassing!

We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. It's the perfect place to unplug and savor the peace and beautiful surroundings.

Just a friendly note that our home is open to EVERYONE and is LGBT friendly!

weddings weekend get away

needed a place to stay between 2 weddings in the same weekend in that neck of the woods. it was a great place to stay secluded. great beds, great gathering areas. it was perfect for what we needed.

Very peaceful stay

This was a very beautiful and secluded spot that was still convenient to the town of Naples. The house itself was comfortable and clean and the property was quiet, scenic, and peaceful. The internet at the house is not phenomenal so don’t plan to work remotely from this location. You’ll be happy just to sit back and watch the birds during the day and the stars at night though! We were very happy to stay here and would recommend it to anyone else looking to go enjoy the finger lakes region.
