This beautifully renovated condo is ideal for those that want a walk to the beach, shopping, dining, all without breaking the bank in Playa Hermosa! This condo features a bright spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a large outdoor terrace. This well laid out one bedroom, one bath condo is located on the second floor right across from the gorgeous large pool and lush garden area. This small community features a nice community pool, private parking and is in a secure location.
This is a No-Smoking Condo. Smoking is not allowed inside nor outside in the patio area in front of the unit, as per complex rules and regulations.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

This condo is ideally located just a short walk from the pristine beaches of Playa Hermosa. Nestled behind the main road that runs through the town, it's incredibly accessible and easy to reach by any type of vehicle. In fact, you won't even need a vehicle during your stay if you choose not to have one, as this location is incredibly central, and everything you need is within walking distance.

Right in front of the complex, there's a plaza that hosts a mini-supermarket where you can conveniently purchase all your groceries. Just minutes away from the complex, you'll also find the town's cinema, a cozy coffee shop, a relaxing spa, a professional hair salon, and a variety of delightful restaurants to satisfy your culinary cravings.

For additional entertainment and shopping options, a short 10-minute taxi ride will take you to the nearby town of Playas del Coco, where you'll discover multiple large grocery stores, as well as a wider array of bars and restaurants to choose from.
