Contemporary chef's kitchen with amenities, lot's of light, luxurious new beds and bathrooms. Front porch with rocking chairs and swing. Private back yard for relaxing. Walking distance to world class food, wine tasting, shops, parks, bocce ball, theater and other amenities. Wonderful, charming neighborhood!
