Great spot for ski and stay

The property was perfect for our ski vacation! Very close to Granby Base Camp and main lifts (less than 1 minute drive). Was great to come back to the hot tub and relax after long day of skiing. Felt like being at home and were able to cook homemade meals and do laundry during our stay. Highly recommend and plenty of space!

Overall great place! Fairly close to base lodge, short 2 min drive. Host was great at communicating with you. Garage had a mess from an accident and low clearance but we warned ahead of time. I recommend staying here!

Everything you need

The property is exactly as pictured and listed in the description. You'll have everything you need in the kitchen. There are plenty of pots/pans, a crockpot, and fridge. The beds are firm but not uncomfortable. The hot tub worked great and was nice to come back to after a long day of skiing. You can't beat the location. It's just a one minute drive to the parking lot of the ski lodge. One thing to be aware of before booking, if you park in their garage, you can't have a rooftop luggage carrier. It won't fit. They might have that listed somewhere but we missed it. They also control the heat and we were quite chilly. Nothing blankets and extra clothes won't fix. We did not reach out to see if they would turn the heat up as we were out and about most of the day so we just made due. And the fireplace with logs added an extra bit of comfort that our whole family enjoyed.

Very convenient to Granby Ranch Ski. City Market 5 min away. Indoor hot tub is great, kitchen well stocked, room comfortable. Wonderful place for a family get away. Thank you!

Beautiful unit

Great place to stay. Cozy with beautiful views. Comfortable beds and a relaxing hot tub. Our first day we saw a couple deer right by the parking garage entrance. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

Summer getaway

Very clean and quiet. We had a great time visiting Fraser and Winter Park. The garage door didn't latch every time we shut it, but we learned quickly just to double check before we left.

Fantastic condo and location!!

I have nothing but positive to say about this condo. The proximity to RMNP was perfect. It was only about a 20-25 minute drive to the west entrance. We did lots of hikes in the park and spent three evenings driving the wildlife stretch on the west side. We saw many moose and elk!! The condo had everything we needed! What a convenience having a washer and dryer. The hot tub was wonderful especially after miles of hiking. There were dressers and closets to use and a tv in each room. The kitchen had everything you need. The gas grill was great to use too! Communication with the owner was always prompt. I highly recommend this condo! We would stay here again.

Great Spot

The location of the BnB was great. A very short drive into town going through a valley. It is secluded and makes you feel disconnected from town which is nice. Check in was incredibly easy. The host communicated very well with me and I was able to check in early cause they finished cleaning early. Very spacious for six adults. I would recommended for future trips.

This home is located only 30 minutes from the west entrance of RMNP. It is near a grocery store and gas station. The home is tidy and had everything we needed. The host is very kind and helpful!

Weekend getaway ✨️

Property was exactly as it was described. Spacious enough for a big family although it was only 2 of us. Private hut tub a big plus even though there are hot springs 20 minutes away. Already planning our next stay 😌 See you soon!

Fall trip to the Rockies.

There was a couple issues that we encountered on day 1 (a leaking shower and Wifi issues) that were completely out of the owners control. However, the owners were VERY quick and responsive to resolve the issues IMMEDIATELY. They were very easy to reach/ access and very kind to take immediate action. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. I love that they have a couple of laminated pages that have details about emergency information you might need (including police / nearest hospital) - and ideas about things to do. Overall we had a great time and were very impressed with the owners !! I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone and will definitely put this on a list of places to stay again should we chose to revisit Granby.

We can walk to Granby Ranch ski resort and enjoy dinner and drinks. We love the resort in the winter or summer. Summer concerts, biking and hiking from our front door are all benefits and the trails are so awesome!!!! You can also walk to the Gazebo from the townhouse and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

What makes this property unique

Hot tub in unit and ski, cross country, hiking, biking and skinning trails out our front door!!! Floor plan is so comfortable for friends and families and the complex is so quiet and peaceful!
