This condo is located right at the base of a lift. Perfectly located by the restaurant and other amenities. The host Steve was so communicative! He gave us lots of great recommendations which we took advantage of. Granby Ranch is a lovely area centrally located close to many popular areas. The condo is very clean, instructions perfectly layed out. Easy peasy!I would highly recommend this condo !!!Thanks so much Steve!!!

We have stayed all over the Granby/Winter Park area and this condo is great!! The owner was very responsive and the place had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location

Location cannot be beat! Very convenient and easy for the family and great view of the slopes. Comfortable beds. Wish there were TVs in the bedrooms or even local cable TV and we had to go buy paper towels, trash bags, Kleenex etc, so bring paper products. Overall great stay!

Perfect Location!

We had a great time staying in this condo at Base Camp One. The unit was clean, fairly well stocked, and the location couldn’t be better. We had an issue with check-in but the owner was very responsive. We stayed there with our three young kids and the bunk bed was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Getaway

Escaped the heat in Boulder for three fabulous days at Granby Ranch. The location of this place is perfect. The condo is really nice, too! Fun downhill biking with no crowds.

Excellent small town stay

2nd floor had great views, and everything was very close. Loved the garage parking, pool, and hot tub. It was clean but could use a detailed cleaning on the sofa pullout and blinds. We loved it and would stay again.
