The beach is only a mile away and Coronado Island (which is actually a peninsula) one of the famous beaches and destinations in San Diego is only 5 min away.
What makes this property unique
Its location is nice and peaceful. Oh, we also have the tallest tree in our front yard, in case you get lost, you know how to find a way back home.
