Great location and property

We stayed here for a family event as our family lives very close to the home. We were able to walk to the event making this home the perfect location. The house was beautiful and very clean. The host even left snacks for my kids and bottled water which was wonderful after our late flight arrival.

Super host

This is truly a super host property. Juan is truly a super host. The home was very clean, well managed, had all the amenities and more that you would need in a stay. We truly felt like we were home while there. I would highly recommend Juan’s home if you go to the Chula Vista, San Diego area. Thank you Juan.

Juan’s place was great. Looks just like the pics, has everything needed for cooking. The location was great for all things San Diego, easy access to freeways. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. We were thankful for the snacks. Juan was a great communicator. Thank you!

Clean, Modern, Spacious

We have a great time at this vacation rental. It was very clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed for our week's stay. It's also kid-friendly. Not only did it have nice cutlery, and plates, but also some plastic ones for younger guests. The host made everything so easy. There was coffee and even a first aid kit available if needed. The bathroom all had soaps and shampoos. I can't say enough good things about this rental. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back when we're visiting family again. Thank you, Juan!
