The host responded immediately to my many questions. He was very accommodating when I needed to check in and out a day earlier. The house was newly remodeled and it had everything we needed. We were not there during the day but we utilized the hot tub and there were beach towels available too. We would definitely use this house again.

Our group of 7 had the best time! All of the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Everything is modern and was very clean. The house has so much more space than I imagined. The driveway is a little tight for 3 cars but we made it work. Close to the freeway. Don’t listen to the people being negative about the neighborhood. We had no issues and it was pretty quiet most of our stay. Only suggestion would be if there was a welcome guide when we got there. Took some time to figure out how to work the lights, find things, etc. Having everything in one binder or guide would be awesome! Also more blankets, pillows on the couch, hand towels in the kitchen, and tissues would be the only other things to add. Host was easy to communicate with and the house is stocked with all the things. Thank you!

Connecting with family

This house was amazing, the owner was very nice and helped us get checked in to the property seamlessly. Our family had to come in for a funeral and all the events took place in Chula Vista and this house was central to everything. There are gas stations, coffee spots, grocery stores, taco shops, and freeway access. The home was set up just right. I loved that there was lots of space to spread out. We didn’t get to use the backyard as it was raining but I checked it out and it was awesome! With the casita bar and seating in the back it will definitely check all your boxes! I loves that there is a driveway with plenty of parking and the neighborhood is so quiet! I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for sharing your home, it was exactly what our family needed.
