Living room (sofa, TV, table), cupboard (table, chairs, ceiling fan), kitchen (with utensils, stove, refrigerator, 2 single, bunk bed, bunk bed) social bathroom. Well ventilated, airy apartment, second floor staircase. Close to beach, bakery, shopping, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Vila Velha is the largest and oldest municipality in the state of Espírito Santo, with coastline cut by beautiful beach like Itapoa, coast beach and Itaparica. With 16th century convent, the convent of the rock (with beautiful view), Church of the Rosary, lighthouse of santa luzia, railroad museum, secret beach, also having the attractive Garoto chocolate Factory,. We have near the property a beautiful colony of fishermen , Praia da Costa shopping, vast supermarket chains, pharmacy, square with night tastes, restaurants. Besides we are 150 meters from the beach of Itapoa.
Spend the afternoon on the beach promenade on the coast and see the moon rise is very delicious.
Safe place and quite familiar environment.

Primeiramente o contato inicial da Camila, dona da propriedade, logo após a confirmação de pagamento a Camila entrou em contato nos dando várias informações sobre a cidade, tirando nossas dúvidas sobre tudo, muito educada e cordial! 1 dia anterior a nossa viagem ela nos enviou uma mensagem no zap com diversas orientações e dicas de turismo, com os principais pontos turísticos e qual seria a melhor forma de vistá-los. Quando chegamos no aeroporto já nos comunicados com ela que nos atendeu prontamente e nos aguardou no apartamento, sempre muito educada e de fino trato. Fomos recebidos com mimos e cortesias, nos sentimentos especiais por isso!
