Newland's Resort Hill Cottage #3 on Indian Lake with a boat dock

Relax in a comfortable cottage at Newland’s Resort & enjoy beautiful Indian Lake under the shade of mature trees or on the warm sunlit grounds! It sits approximately 100 feet from the water. We are a channel front property that comes with a boat dock and have a boat ramp on site. We have campfire rings and grills. We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffees.
A large living area includes a leather sofa and loveseat with a 50" Roku Smart TV,
Spectrum, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. Kitchen area includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Porch area is screened in with a view of the channel.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take the trash out to the large trash can which is on the west side of the cottage next to the porch. You could also take the trash to the dumpster located at the entrance/ exit.
Leave the key in the door lock. Leave all bedding on the beds. Gather towels and leave on the bathroom floor.
If renting multiple cottages, please return all items to their original cottages. Please wash all dishes and put them away. Please leave things tidy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed.

Awesome property

Cozy cabin with direct channel access to Froggys and Tilton Hilton. Location couldnt have been any better. John was very welcoming and helpful. Will be making this my "go to" place to stay when visiting Indian Lake.
