Great Location
The apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and had everything we needed. The building itself was a little "sketchy" as the stairs and hallways were not cleaned for our entire stay and had mail and articles of clothing laying around. The unit itself felt very safe and secure once inside, and was very clean. The parking was a great feature if you have a car as you could see it right outside the unit. We had no issues with anyone bothering the car, but there were some homeless hanging around outside and if the front entrance door was not tightly closed people could enter into the hallway and stairway without needed a code to get in. No one bothered us while we were there, but just knowing they could get in was minimally unnerving. Grocery store directly across the street had everything we needed for a longer stay. I would recommend Kary's apartment based on cleanliness and location. Stayed January 2024.
