This property worked really well for us. It was well appointed, clean, reasonably well equipped kitchen, light/bright and air conditioned. I would stay there again!
The condo was clean, inviting, roomy. It was very close to all of the attractions of Quebec and busses were easy to catch to go anywhere. The area around the condo was also attractive and had plenty of shops and resaurants to choose from. Great stay!
Very nice property that served us well. Walk to Old Quebec City provided a great workout prior to enjoying the fantastic food & drink available there. The amenities at the condo were more than satisfactory. Merci beaucoup.
This condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was good with property rental company. We were able to park our car for three days in an overnight parking garage for a nominal fee. We were able to walk everywhere and there are many good restaurants in this St-Roch neighborhood.
I went up by myself to get away and see the sights. The space was exactly as described and was perfect for my short stay. The neighborhood had lots to offer and I felt safe walking around at night. I could walk to all the attractions (my google maps didn’t work well up there for some reason) and it was nice to come home to this lovely apartment. The host answered my questions immediately. It was a very nice trip.

Week in Quebec City
Property was nice, bed mattress extremely soft -- not much back support. As others shared, the property is very close to an un-homed population. We did hear yelling during the night. We had a car -- garage parking very convenient to the property. As we did a few day trips north, street parking was available overnight (no parking fees after 1700.
Our first visit to Quebec City! This very comfortable condo was within walking distances to all tourist attractions in Old Quebec City and in Montcalm. The 800 bus was just ½ block away which took us to Montmorency Falls. We truly enjoyed having this condo to come back to every evening and felt that we have absolutely everything we needed- even the washer and dryer. A metro grocery store was just a few blocks away and we also easily walked from the Via Rail station. Thank you, Frederick!
The plus side: excellent communication with property management; the apartment itself was cute and clean with beautiful tall windows and dramatic high ceilings. Nicely appointed. Good shower. Excellent Wi-Fi. Elevator in building. The location was conveniently located with lots of coffee/food in close proximity -steps away. Parking lot two blocks away. Up the hill is the cute side of the St. Jean street. FYI there is an elevator that can take you up to the street if you don’t want to climb the stairs. The downside: The building is run down, dimly lit and depressing. It abuts a homeless gathering center, though we are accustomed to that in Portland. The bed was uncomfortable with no support at all. It needs replacing . We believe to have heard creatures crawling in the walls. There was no lighting in the living/TV room though there were switches. Probably just burned out. There were lights in the dining/kitchen/hall area however. So my review is complicated, as once inside the apartment (besides the bed and lighting) all was well. But stepping into hallway was an unpleasant experience-smelled of smoke. It just needs an upgrade. Again the landlord was very communicative and responsive and respectful. We enjoyed the overall experience in Quebec.
Excellent accommodations. The place was clean and had great amenities. It's close proximity to restaurants, bars and even a grocery store. It's a 10 ride to all of the main attractions or a half hour walk if you like the exercise.
