About the host

Your host

Host profile image
My family has hosted guests and tenants as long term renters and short term renters for over 200 years combined. Along the way we have made lifelong friends, helped return soldiers belongings to their families when they did not return to their home base, and helped displaced people from the Croatian and other wars get settled. We look forward to meeting you too!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is close to creeks nestled in green grassy fields amongst newer monoliths, the AT&T (Dallas Cowboys) Stadium, Choctaw Stadium (old Texas Rangers Baseball team stadium) and Globe Life Park (Texas Rangers Baseball team stadium). Under a vast blue sky and Texas sized Americana you can still find Granny Wray's bluebonnets.

What makes this property unique

This home has been lovingly maintained as true as possible to the mid-century (1950s) era while also providing modern comforts in the heart of the entertainment district. It is a peaceful retreat from the hubbub of fun a short distance away.
