The space
The Seaside Getaway is a one level home, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The lanai is fully screened in and is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is open and spacious, with granite countertops and a large breakfast bar. The chef in you will love making meals for your family; or you can order from Beach Pizza to feed your crowd.
Guest access
The entire home will be yours during your stay. The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage right off of the dining room. The owner does keep some personal effects in the Garage as well.
Other things to note
Redington Beach is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood we do not allow events or parties. There is an ordinance on noise it is 9pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. Parking is strictly limited to two cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed and no parking is allowed on the grass by ordinance in Redington Beach.

Our new home away from home!

Every year we stay in AMI but this year we decided to venture a little north and check out another area… I’m so glad we did! The access to private beaches was enough to make me say “this is our new beach & we aren’t staying on the island anymore!” Aside from that, the house was absolutely amazing. Very clean and super beachy. Great location! Quiet neighbors & the ice cream truck still circles the neighborhood for the kids. We will be back around Christmas and can’t wait to book again! Thank you!
