When we travel we enjoy staying in rentals which provides the “homey background” for lasting memories for a vacation experience you will want to return to year after year. So when our property had the opportunity to open up for guests we decided to become the exceptions we loved all rolled into one. We have a very clean facility, board games on site to include a new deck of cards for each stay, we can make arrangements for or simply recommend activities. We will even take pleasure in having your groceries delivered and waiting in the fridge for you. Anything to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing!

Two words… The View! Northern Michigan has beautiful views but this True North view gives you a fantasy of lake life like no other. A detail not easily achieved but a compass points true north at the main house front door.

We are off the main highway and halfway to Charlevoix or Petoskey and Boyne City is just a few miles further but we are so central located you can enjoy the small town around and escape them to the quiet and stars at night. So many stars are visible and that’s something you can’t see in town or in the woods… we also have a wide variety of wild life. We have a multitude of birds to orchestrate a symphony during your morning cup of coffee, woodpeckers of all types, bunnies, raccoons, red fox, mating pair of silver foxes, possums, bob cat, and last but not least a black bear has been seen in spring & late fall. Northern Lights are also beautiful when the timing is right, seen from right on the deck!
