My wife and i made a weekend of hiking to several of the waterfalls along the Columbia River Gorge.. this little place was close and quiet. We enjoyed the serenity of the farm!
This was a perfect little spot to sit quietly. The alpaca were a lovely sight.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Vrbo site
I loved staying at your place and recommend others to go. I booked online at work on a PC but when i tried communicating to you via Vrbo site it was difficult to. Maybe a note in the room with your phone number to text would be better for any questions while staying there. It is a beautiful place and i loved seeing the animals in the morning. I was going to ask if it was OK to pet them. I tried and one came close but no petting. :)
This spot was perfect for what I needed and more, clean and modern room, really nice bathroom & amenities, tea and keurig, fresh towles and sheets, loved to get to see the alpacas up close, do recommend
Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
It was excellently appointed and very private. I loved watching the alpaca kids play in the mornings.
There was NOTHING I disliked about it. I would and will stay there again if my plans take me back to Troutville.
This property is a gem. It is cozy, quiet, relaxing, out of town with great views of rolling hills and Mt Hood. Two of the resident alpaca gave birth to cute adorable babys last week. We enjoyed watching them frolic in the pasture.
A smallish space beneath the host's dwelling, with everything needed for a comfy stay. A large bathroom with a beautiful big shower. The view out the big window was fantastic! In the foreground were pastures with dwarf goats and llamas.
We enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to all the Columbia river gorge and Mt Hood area has to offer. We enjoyed the unique experience of seeing new born alpaca babies and mamas. It was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The view is amazing and the animals are such a plus.
This was a nice comfortable place to stay with an amazing view of the river valley. I appreciated the low fuss check out. Matthew was also helpful in giving advice about getting to Edgefield and back. An electric tea kettle would have been nice since we are not Keurig fans, but otherwise everything was perfect.
We loved our stay here! Place was very clean and had nice surprise amenities. Another surprise, great view of Mount Hood! We had a great stay and didn’t want to leave!
The host was great, he sent the codes early and was super responsive, he even had some great recommendations for us to see. The location was great for the gorge and the views were wonderful. The only downfall is this is not a separate structure so you are at the mercy of the hosts thermostat but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall great stay!
The rental was stocked with high quality items, which was so appreciated. The best was sitting in the outside chairs, taking in the beautiful scenery, some deep breaths, and watching the goats and alpacas. This was one of our favorite stops on our trip!
Close to river access, close to Portland and Bridle Veil Lakes - all of the places we needed to be. Extremely clean and comfortable - our stay was perfect. Loved the Alpacas and goats too!
Who knew what an amazing place it would be. Side by side with alpaca and goats. Morning sunrise overlooking Mt. Hood and the best coffee with animals grazing close by. Nice close safe parking space. Room to sit and swing and contemplate moving to Troutdale. The rooms are new and perfectly appointed. Shower is huge and safe and the linens are soft and perfect! The stairs leading down to your rooms are sure to get your heart pumping. We’re 72 an 76 and enjoyed our perfect stay. Price is on point! Matthew was so helpful and gave us great suggestions. Looking forward to our next stay.
We enjoyed our 7 days in Corbett. Check in was smooth and the farm setting was sweet with early morning visits from the alpaca and goats. You will love the design of the rooms. Ample storage and outlets for chargers. Matthew was helpful with suggestions for food and local must see places. The stairs got our blood pumping morning and night. You will love everything about this property. It’s a gem. Beautiful and new!! Clean and comfortable. The queen size bed was perfect, and the pillows too! We will be back next year. Thanks so much for your thoughtfulness. Peace.
We loved this place! Super clean and comfortable. Matthew was the perfect host. Great communication and very accommodating.
Like everyone else, we enjoyed the goats and alpacas.
If you’re heading to the Columbia River Gorge or surrounding areas, this is the perfect spot.
Just a side note. Troutdale is an awesome place. Good vibe, great food.
Thanks Matthew!
