Large and greatly loved gameroom with large television. Boat slip and jet ski ramps are ready for you to bring your toys! 2 paddle boards and lily pad are provided. You can bring your own toys or call a rental, and have them delivered to you! Within a couple of miles to a grocery store, restaurants, golf courses, rental facilities, gas station, and much, much more!!Lake LBJ is on one side and a fishing cove is on the other!
