Enjoy your steaming cup of morning coffee as you admire the morning sunrise at the beach. The condominium is located in Admirals Row of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, approximately 280 feet from the ocean.

Our second-floor condo will comfortably accommodate up to six people with one king-size bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed.

Linens and towels are provided for inside use. Bring your beach towels and make our condo your vacation home away from home! Free WiFi available. No pets are allowed in this non-smoking condo. Off-site kennels are accessible on the island.

This 55-acre oceanfront family-oriented complex is a gated community with 24-hour security. It is located mid-island between Port Royal Plantation and Palmetto Dunes.

The resort has two pools, refurbished tennis courts with free daytime access (reservations required), free gym access, bike rentals, poolside bar and grill, picnic area with a charcoal grill, and children’s summer activities. It has easy access to a major highway and just minutes from all major attractions.

Wonderful Time in Hilton Head

Early Beach Vacation

My family really enjoyed our visit to Admirals Row the week before Memorial Day. The place is just as the pictures show and the kitchen is very well stocked. We really appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs, there was a bunch of beach toys if you have young children. It is a short walk to the beach and one of the pools is steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay

I’ll be short. I’m not big on reviews. The place was perfect for us. Didn’t spend much time in the room. Just slept there. lol. Has everything you need. Air conditioning was cold. Water was hot. That’s what matters to me. The resort is awesome. Biggest pool on the island I found out!! Will stay again. Thanks Rocco!!!!

Labor Day Girls Weekend

Property as described. Well stocked kitchen, beds comfortable. Condo was clean and had lots of movies, puzzles, books for rainy days (we didnt need thankfully). Plenty of beach gear on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

Close to the beach- loved the sunset

The property is beautiful and the beach was so close. We really enjoyed renting bikes and the walk to the beach was easy. The only downer was a few cobwebs in the bedrooms. The condo is dated- the wallpaper and some of the furniture was mismatched. The master bathroom looked to be recently refurbished. Overall it was nice for our visit.

Great time at condo , would recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head and AR 231. We were able to park at the end of the building with stair access close to the room. The availability of chairs and umbrella was a plus. Ice maker in freezer was great to have. There were plenty of dishes, bakeware, etc. It was lacking a medium sized pot, but there were numerous frying pans. Appliances were good and in working order. King size bed was surprisingly comfortable and I enjoyed the recliner. As in most rental properties , the condo and balcony could use a deep cleaning, overall it was not too bad.

The condo was nice and the property was wonderful. Only thing I can say to the negative, is the description of the condo that says it has an ocean view. I guess technically you can see the ocean if you go to the far end of the balcony and lean out as far as you can, you get small glimpse of the water. And definitely can't hear it. Would go back to the resort, but definitely want a different view. Again, we had a great time. And there is absolutely bothering with the condo. We just like to sit on the balcony and see and listen to the ocean. The Lee family, June 2024

Condo was good definitely needs some updates and when we came in it’s was horrible smell there and refrigerator was smells bad too so I clean everything. I think owner have to look for new cleaning company. Owner of condo was so nice and easy to work with him best thing was king size bed so comfortable. Condo not ocean view it’s second from the back of the building but not too far from the beach. We like resort, we like people there, beach, send and trolleys was the best thing and it’s free but we always gave the tips for drivers. Few thing we were disappointed when we move in on 07/12 about 11:30 pm because we drove 15 hours guard check lady was so rude she literally didn’t explain very well to us where we have to go and just left so we were driving around about 30 minutes and second one no jacuzzi my husband was not happy camper at all first resort ever we stay with no jacuzzi. I definitely like to be back to this island not sure to this resort but one more time I will be back. Thank you, family from Fort Wayne, IN

A Truly Relaxing and Luxurious Getaway!

Our Fourth of July weekend stay at this condo was absolutely phenomenal, exceeding all our expectations for a relaxing and enjoyable escape. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches and top-notch amenities that made our experience truly memorable.The kitchen was incredibly well-appointed, a dream for anyone who loves to cook! It had absolutely everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals, from a full array of utensils, pots, and pans to plenty of plates and silverware. We truly felt at home and had no trouble whipping up fantastic dishes.Comfort was clearly a priority, as the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our busy days. We particularly appreciated the smart TVs in each room, a perfect amenity for those who enjoy drifting off to sleep with a bit of background noise. Being able to easily access our own accounts for Hulu, Netflix, and other streaming services was a huge bonus, offering endless entertainment for evenings in or unexpected rainy days. Beyond streaming, there was also a thoughtful selection of DVDs and puzzles for even more entertainment options.One of our favorite spots was the lovely deck, which provided a fantastic breeze and beautiful views. It was the perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink.My wife and I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating week at this condo. We can honestly say we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.

Large size condo near beach

Good size condo close to pool and beach.2 bathroom and very well equipped Kitchen. Big screen tv. Could use some updates ,but I liked it a lot and kids had a blast.
