About this property

Are you looking for an RV in a private lot, close to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions? After working hard all year are you looking for a vacation with a bit of Good Karma to come your way for a change? You have found the right place. Instant Karma is situated on a private 1.5-acre lot only 2.5 miles from Gatlinburg Golf course, 3.5 miles from the Parkway and 5 miles from Dollywood.
The RV itself is 2 bedroom and one full bathroom that sleeps 6 comfortably. Bedroom #1 has a brand-new queen bed. Bedroom #2 has 3 single bunk type beds and a love seat that folds out to another bed. There is also a booth and loveseat in the living room that folds out as well. The RV features A/C Heat, Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, gas stove and oven and one large pop out that makes the living space very comfortable.
The exterior features an outside kitchen with a small refrigerator, picnic table, firepit, chairs, grill for the firepit, and 1.5 acres all to yourself. A rare thing in the RV world.

mini home away from home

Such a great property! Walt was excellent at returning answers to any questions I had. The property itself was shockingly secluded especially for a camper lot. The drive getting up is a little iffy, weather permitting you will need 4WD/chains. Otherwise, the camper was cleaned well and the property was overall fantastic. I will definitely stay here again!
