Adventure into Gatlinburg in our cozy + modern RV.
Located in Outdoor Resorts @ Gatlinburg a reaort community of long time residents, you’ll find that you’re safe, even if you choose to travel here solo! (There’s even laundry facilities to accommodate longer stays!)
This location hosts an outdoor fireplace with seating for your nights in front of the fire beside the creek… to an open kitchen for home cooked meals. No matter the occasion!
If you enjoy hiking we have multiple trails and waterfalls surrounding our immediate area. If you’re looking for a short ride to downtown for shopping and tourist attractions, this is the perfect fit without breaking the budget!
Some of our guests enjoy walking around our beautiful community and swimming when the weather permits, some of our guests enjoy adventuring! Either preference, everyone loves the environment of our modern yet comfortable RV.

Great stay

The place was awesome and the communication was excellent with the owner. We decided to stay an hour xtra day and she made that happen for us. Wonderful place to stay and very quiet park. Great job

Absolutely loved it!

We loved it! We came for a long weekend and wanted to enjoy the camping experience. It was so clean and we just loved how it was decorated. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice location just the right distance from town

We loved this location! It was conveniently located outside of the tourists but yet close enough to drive (less than 10 min) to park and take the FREE trolling to Gatlinburg. The house was perfect for our family of four. It's has very cute decor, plenty of kitchen extras and comforblankers and beds.

Gorgeous and cozy

The property is immaculate, the resort is well-stocked with great amenities, and Christy couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative. We had 6 people in the RV, including teenagers and kids under 5, and we were still very comfortable. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten path and have some peace and quiet!

Cool RV

This was such a cool and unique place to stay! It has a very cute creek behind it as well. We didn’t use the campfire they have because we were so busy in Gatlinburg but it’s also is a nice amenity. It’s about 20-25 min from Gatlinburg and 30-35 min from Pigeon Forge. We enjoy this stay as we traveled between these two locations. It’s very clean and well maintained. It looks just like the pictures. We would stay here again.

Great place to relax and unwind

Our family (2 teenagers) and my parents stayed for a long weekend. It was everything we needed. Space to stretch out and enjoy nature, build a fire, listen to the creek, view the mountains, play games and enjoy each other. The camper had everything we needed and any issues were promptly addressed. The camper was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The campground was pretty quiet for our Spring Break trip but I can tell this place is probably LOADS of fun in the summer when everyone is there. Would love to come back again and see this gounds bustling with activity. Favorite part - the ice cream truck that came around every evening. Yes, teenagers still get excited for an ice cream truck!

Good for the money

It was quite hot so during the day like most campers the AC could not keep up, but it was not an issue for us as we were gone or outside. At night AC was fine. Campground is mostly permanent campers so not a lot of kids. The boys had fun playing in the creek & fishing in the small lake. The lake has a lot of catfish about 15" range that they were able to catch. Pool is a bit hike or you can hope in the car and drive. Drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge is easy and takes about 30 minutes. There was an open site next door and if this were available we would probably stay again and bring our Class C so the whole family can camp comfortably.

Took a chance and loved it

We were looking for an affordable 1-week stay for our family of 5 and our little fur baby. Decided to take a chance on an RV rental. Absolutely LOVED this place! Wasn’t sure how it was going to go with 5 adults and a pup, but it was perfect. Host thought of everything from storage to lighting to adequate electrical outlets. Even had dog bowls and tether outside for our pup. Well-equipped living space. Beautiful outdoor space with creek access. Had our family staying in Sevierville over for fireside/creek side dinners. Great established RV community with well-maintained amenities. Pool was clean and in good repair. Spacious laundry mat with debit card payment option. Camp store and restaurant on-site. Prompt response and great communication with host when we experienced an issue with the AC (operator error, not mechanical). Would definitely recommend. Enjoyed the community so much that we’re looking into the lots/rvs listed for sale.

Camper was clean and exactly as listed! The location on the creek and proximity to the pond was perfect for our kids to fish. The camper stayed nice and cool in the heat, and all the beds were comfortable. Site is a 15minute drive to some restaurants and shops, including Mama’s Chicken (recommend!) and only 25minutes from Ober and Crockett’s Breakfast Camp (also recommend!). Check in and check out were easy, host was responsive when we had a need, and the kitchen and camper were well stocked with needed items (utensils, plates, cups, blankets, towels).

Cute campground

We had a wonderful stay, very nice campground and camper. Storage is limited as the camper has so much of their own things. I had to rearrange all the bedding to find room to put my families clothing and belongings. Other than that I would highly recommend and can't wait to go again.

Honest Review

Beautiful RV, especially the outside. There’s not much to do in the area but the scenery around the place makes it worth it and very relaxing. The other campers around are so nice especially the elderly people. They helped me and my family find our RV and get service especially since the service there is bad and we weren’t able to contact the owner for the gate code.

Awesome stay

We enjoyed our experience! The camper was very clean and cozy! My daughter loved taking bike rides around the neighborhood! The pool was big and clean! We grilled out on the outside fireplace almost every night. The creek right next to the camper was very relaxing and a great place for my daughter to play! The property owner was always quick to get back with us. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed having a cool place to lay our heads after a long day by the pool or in downtown Gatlinburg. The host was easily reachable when issues arose. The neighborhood was a sleepy retirement type community, not as rowdy as campgrounds can get. Thank you for having us! We loved the area.
