My husband and i enjoyed our stay very much. The chalet was perfect for us! The river was so peaceful flowing and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. We even had a local 4 legged greeter that made our trip exciting! Cannot wait to come back!
Nice little cabin close to downtown. We loved the hot tub and saw a bear which was cool. Unfortunately the garbage dumpster pickup was at 3 am twice during our stay so that’s pretty loud. They do need to replace their fitted sheet as it is one of those that pops off when you move. Also beware of the steps down into living area next to bathroom and kitchen. Nice smart TVs in living and bed rooms.
This cabin was phenomenal! Clean, cute and cozy. The river view was amazing and it was so close to all of the attractions. Dianebwas sweet and very easy to communicate with prior to our trip. My husband and I are already discussing staying there again.
Celebrated our 26th Anniversary. Loved the location. We walked the strip everyday, Perfect view of the creek, loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee and listening to nature. Hot tub and sauna was very relaxing after walking the strip. We were very pleased with everything .
Very nice cabin for 2 people. Great location within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg but also nice river running along property so seems secluded. Would definitely recommend.
we stayed here last year and again this year. It is so cute and comfortable. You can easily walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We will be back!
Overall the cabin and appliances were very clean. The lighting coyld be improved by the removal of dusty red curtains. The decorations on the fireplace should be removed due to dust. Only 3 towels were provided for our 3 night stay with 2 guests which required me to purchase laundry detergent and spend time doing laundry which otherwise would have been avoided.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Cute, well stocked place. Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. We took our small dog. Not much grass for him to go potty but it worked.
The location is great, right in downtown. The cabin is ok but the musty smells is bad, need a good clean especially on windows, needs a new mattress ASAP, shower it was good. Is to dark, need more lights. They provided only towels and only one toilet paper. We only used the place for sleep, you cant stay longer inside because the musty smell. No dishwasher but they provide detergent to clean your plates manually. We drove in a 3500 pick up, it was no parking spot for us so we had to park by the dumpster, 2:00 am on Saturday the trash truck came and we had to relocate our truck because is no room in the area, plus is a motel next to it full of cars. No recommend it if u have a big vehicle which is not in the property description.

Stay
The place had too many levels inside the house. I did not see those on the photos. I did see the ones outside but not inside. Step down as soon as come in from kitchen step down to living area step up to bathroom no rails step up to bedroom. Blinds were broken and windows were dirty. The bathroom was nice and the shower was big.
Overall very happy with our stay at the Riverside Princess! The cabin was in a good location, next to the relaxing river and close to town, and was very clean upon arrival. Just a few suggestions: the cabin needs more towel hooks, between a sauna, hot tub and shower, there are literally no hooks to dry your towels, and I would also be more forthcoming in the ad about the amount of steps up to the cabin. It was fine for us, but if someone wasn’t prepared, it could definitely cause some complaints. Again, overall a very positive experience, we would stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Princess Cabin. Super cute and clean! Loved the shower!! Our son used hot tub at least twice a day. Kept the windows open to enjoy the sound of the creek. Location was ideal and surrounding area was quiet and safe. Would rent again! Had to bribe our 5yo to leave.Thank you for helping make our first vacay as a family a memorable one!
Cabin was nice and real close to downtown could have walked if my wife hadn't have broken her ankle before we came down. Only complaint I had but had nothing to do with the cabin or the owners is people walking there dogs and letting them use the bathroom in the parking area's and not cleaning it up. I had stepped in some and got it all over my shoes and inside my truck. Some people shouldn't own pets. But like I said it was the fault of where we stayed other than that me and my wife had a great time.
Loved the sound of the water flowing. Perfect for us. Kitchen is very small. We only cooked breakfast so it was fine for that. Walking distance to downtown was a plus.
