Property was great! Google maps took us exactly where we needed, Lawrence had an amazing response time and we were very appreciative of our weekend change he allowed us to do. Will be saving for future trips!

Great cabin for us had everything we needed. Only negative was the steeep gravel driveway. Needs to be paved. Butter will stay there again.

Great to have you as our guest. Unfortunately, a wet spring behind the cabin washes out the driveway on a regular basis. Pavement would just be no match for the water, so we use gravel and have to repeatedly add and smooth out. Not the best situation, as you noted. Larry

Awesome cabin! Read the hosts instructions on the driveway, its gravel and ruddy, so hosts recos were spot on.

The cabin itself was awesome. Close to Downtown Gatlinburg! Great communication with host and very easy check-in. I know it’s a cabin, but it did not smell pleasant inside and dust everywhere. There was dirt all over the floors and table or counters were not wiped off. This has nothing to do with the host, but I would find someone else to clean.

Cozy, but needs some updates in order to market it! If the front porch is the Mountain View, then it needs to be landscaped and two more chairs added. The front is overgrown. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great!

It was a nice cabin and close to town and easy to access to the parks and outdoor parks. The driveway was a bit challenging as new gravel had been added and not packed down.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with a beautiful view of the Smokies. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Really cozy Cabin up in the montains next to other cabins but surrounded by vegetation. The cabin is true to its name. We had a bear visit the cabin with her cubs. The bear came up the porch and tried to open the door. We enjoyed the stay here and its close proximity to Gatlingburg. Cabin was well maintained and beds were really cozy.

The Bear Forest Cabin has a really nice location for a getaway. It provides views of the mountains over the rooftops of the houses across the street and is quiet. While there, we were able to see bears twice. One of those times, they attempted to get into my vehicle, so make sure you lock up and leave no food in your vehicle. You should also be aware that parking will not be as shown in the photo, but at the bottom of the drive.
