Across the road from the National Park boundary! 1.8 miles from downtown!

Come to Gatlinburg and enjoy the Smokys in peace and quiet while relaxing on the front porch, sipping your coffee and watching, deer, turkey, and maybe an occasional bear.. Yes bear in the front yard or up the road in the National Park that borders the road.
Enjoy the moonlight before turning in to the bedroom that will capture you into peaceful sleep on pillow-top mattresses and quality linens. We are close to Dollywood, The Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge and 1.8 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg.

Our cabin is located on highway 321 and close to downtown Gatlinburg. This highway has the only grocery store in Gatlinburg on it, as well as McDonald's, Subway, several restaurants, several pizza places and 2 pancake houses. Whether you eat out or in, everyone needs to run to the grocery store occasionally and this is very convenient to have the grocery store 1.5 miles from the cabin on hwy 321.

Fantastic stay! Very peaceful and somewhat secluded being so close to the strip. Saw a couple bears the morning we were leaving, even had one try to join us on the porch. Highly recommend and will plan on returning in the future!

Quiet location within wooded area. Close to Great Smoky Mountain trails and downtown Gatlinburg. Excellent accommodations for my whole family. The two full baths were very much appreciated! Clean, Beautiful Cabin with a 3 min drive to the strip in Gatlinburg. This Cabin was perfect for our stay, close to everything but yet far enough to enjoy nature. Well stocked with supplies, comfy furniture and bedding, great communication from owner, and did i mention how clean it was. 5 stars all day long, great experience. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great cabin

This cabin is very nice and clean. The location is perfect to access everything in Gatlinburg. The owner was very informative and communicative. We would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

Christmas at the cabin

This cabin was warm and cozy! Everything was included what we needed! So quiet and close to town and stores! If we ever go back to Gatlinburg- I would definitely would stay there again!

Wonderful getaway

This cabin and location could not be more perfect. It was homey and felt secluded but only a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Literally a few minutes. The windows were beautiful and we even saw a bear. Communication was great and check in/out was easy. Will definately stay here again.

Close & still remote

50th Anniversary trip. 3rd time staying at this property, so close to downtown yet still private. Bears everyday but 2 of 13, right from the porch fattening up for winter. Peaceful beautiful setting.

Fabulous, private cabin!

We stayed here with our 4 children ages 13 and under. It’s in a private location and yet just outside of town. The cabin was clean, well-kept, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked perfectly. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this cabin to others. Enjoy!

Cozy cabin close to town

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. It was a girls trip with my cousin and my little dog. We were out shopping most of the time on this trip, but hope to come back next year and spend more time at the cabin. The lay out is perfect for us and it’s so close to town. The host was wonderful checking to make sure we had all of the information we needed and we were lucky enough to get to check in early. The cabin is equipped with all that you need, there is plenty of parking and it is very clean. Also it was decorated for Christmas, so that made it even cozier.

If you love wildlife, you'll love this cabin

Stayed here for 3 nights with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday. We're into wildlife photography and this cabin didn't disappoint. We didn't have to travel to see the birds in the area. We were also in Gatlinburg to see the black bears. We didn't have to leave the cabin deck to experience that. We had a black bear show up with her 3 cubs on our second and third day.We watched them for hours playing in the trees. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday. 10/10

Cozy little cabin

Great place to stay. It was cozy, comfy, and clean. The cabin is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and the national park. Communication was timely and clear with the owner. It was our first stay in a cabin in Gatlinburg. I would 10/10 recommend it over any hotel, motel, or condo in the area. The only downside is I wish they had an outdoor fire pit. The weather was perfect for one. I understand not having one due to it being a rental.

Amazing place!!!

I’ve been to TN several times and this was definitely a favorite cabin! The location was perfect to all the attractions however far enough that you could enjoy the tranquility. We absolutely loved seeing the bears several times and had a close encounter with one! The cabin was well stocked with everything needed. The owner was easy to reach for questions and very responsive. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Friendly "locals"

Beautiful place. Has the perfect blend of being very close to downtown Gatlinburg but being very secluded so you have peace and privacy. We were lucky enough to get a welcoming committee of 3 bears within the first 5 minutes of arrival and had at least another half dozen bear sightings within 50 yards of cabin over the course of the 3 days we stayed, pretty cool. There was everything we needed to make it a very relaxing trip. Will definitely be back to stay here next time we make it back to this beautiful part of the country

The BEST Cabin!!!

Every year we stay at this cabin. The peacefulness of the surroundings never ceases to amaze us. We live in a rural area but it's nothing like this. The bears make quite a few visits. We absolutely love Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. The cabin is so close to the main strip but yet it's private. Mr. Nobles is a wonderful host. We are already making our plans for next summer!

Our family has been coming to the Smoky Mountains for over 50 years. It is one of our favorite vacation destinations and holds many special childhood and family memories. We have camped, stayed in condos and hotels. In 2006 after finding this lot, we decided to build our own cabin.

Why they chose this property

This cabin is located on a private flat lot located close to downtown and the Roaring Fork Motor Trail.

What makes this property unique

You are close to town yet secluded in a gorgeous private cabin with large kitchen and plenty of room. Outside there is a picnic area in summer and a Jacuzzi anytime.
Only 2 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and lots more fun. The roads are well maintained in winter and it is close to Gatlinburg's only grocery store.
