The house was clean. I feel pictures need to be updated. The yard was really over grown. It was nice to sit outside by the fire pit with my family. Our adult kids used the hot tub. It was close to everything and easy to get to. The host got back to me pretty quickly and worked with me. All and all it was a great stay.

This place was perfect for our short girls trip! Out of the 3 of us, one had never been to Gatlinburg!! Saw a momma bear and 3 cubs within an hour of our arrival! Very easy drive down to the main strip! Hot tub was amazing!! Very quite area if you are looking for that laid back feel after a long day! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!!

Place was nice and Quiet the hot tub had a tv to watch. Does have a fire pit and a gas grill. Bring you own wood and lighter. No cushions for the outside hanging chairs. Pics show 2 games in the game shed only had 1. Grass was high and could used some mowing.in side was great. They have a battery operated can opener that didn't work, bring your own. For the price I would definitely stay again

The place was clean and cozy. Great for families. Games and hot tub were a great feature. Close to all local attractions around Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it

The house was very clean. The outside could have used a little more cleaning and the grass was high BUT there has also been a lot of storms and rain so it was understandable. The game room was extremely hot even with the fan but was fine for short spans. The outdoor space was great and relaxing for the evening. The home was beautiful and we would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay! Expectations were exceeded and we loved the house. The hot tub each night was a great time and the porch gave us great views for sight seeing (we even saw a bear!!). We will be returning for our next trip!

Overall really great stay! Master bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Kids loved the game room and put put. Hot tub was great and clean. Location was amazing! Only issue we had was the gps took us to a different place at first. Make sure to enter the address instead of the directions button through the vrbo app.

This house was perfect for my family! We have 3 kids. We loved all of the amenities of the property. You will more than likely see bear here. We saw one outside a few nights by the car. The only thing I would recommend is the grass being cut. It was a little high. We definitely recommend the home. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We had activities we wanted to do in both towns so it worked out great.

The house is wonderful if you’ve got kids. Everything is included as described, however the place definitely needs a good tidying. The lawn needs mowed, everything needs a good dusting inside, and the pans that go unused under the oven had grease all over them. There was also someone else’s laundry in the dryer which I don’t understand because it’s described as clean linens for every stay but if a previous guests laundry was in the dryer, that simply isn’t possible. However, the host was easy to contact and friendly! We also saw bears at the cabin which we loved! Don’t forget to lock the cabin door because they will try to get in! We would stay here again but I’d suggest a lawn crew and a new cleaning lady!

We did want to clarify a few of the concerns mentioned for future guests. Our lawn is maintained by a professional lawn service, and unfortunately, their scheduled service occurred shortly after your departure. Being a mountain property, the lawn can grow particularly quickly during certain times of the year, but it is regularly maintained. Regarding the laundry in the dryer, these were backup linens for the cabin—not laundry left behind by a previous guest. Every stay is prepared with clean linens, and we keep additional freshly laundered bedding and towels available for guests as needed. We appreciate you bringing the dusting and cookware concerns to our attention. We have already addressed these items with our cleaning team and reinforced our expectations that less frequently used areas and cookware are inspected as part of the turnover process. We take the cleanliness and maintenance of our cabin seriously and appreciate feedback that helps us continue improving. We’re also happy to hear that communication with us was easy and friendly throughout your stay. And yes—the bears are one of the memorable parts of visiting the Smokies! We always encourage guests to keep doors secured and never leave food outside. Thank you again for staying with us. We’d be happy to welcome you!

It was pretty private over all a very clean place, The hot tub was definitely nice love the set up in the back yard we pretty much loved everything about our stay here we would more then likely rent this cabin again if we are ever back up that way !!! I recommend it.
