New Luxurious Listing! You will walk in and say "WOW!"

This is a BEAUTIFUL two bedroom, two bath on ground floor with everything you need!!
This two-bedroom two bath condo is located at the top of the mountain on Ski View Drive.This unit has totally been remodeled with new furniture throughout including a 48 inch television , brand new wood floors and a beautiful stone fireplace with electric fire logs. The queen sized sofa lets out into a comfortable bed. If you enjoy rocking, then rock away in the reclining rocker. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and new granite counter tops which features a snack bar and seating for four. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, electric can opener. There is a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen television, a queen sized bed with a brand new mattress and box springs. The name of the complex is High Chalet Condominiums. This is the complex with the highest elevation in the Smokies Area. However, you will not have to climb any stairs since this unit is on the bottom floor and in building 1. From the balcony of the condo, you can enjoy the mountain view of Mount Leconte. There is plenty of walking space to view the mountains from the resort and the pool area. Just park right outside your front door. Plenty of parking space. We have taken great care to make this unit both comfortable and beautiful at the same time. You will find everything you need for your amazing Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge vacation.

Free WI- FI service is provided in condo.We have the router in our unit. We might call to have guest to reset it occasionally.
The master bath has a tub-shower unit with a hair dryer. The other bathroom has a shower unit with also a hairdryer.

There is a start up supply of paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher soap and hand soap.The laundry room, which houses the washer and dryer, is located on the second floor of each building. Cost is around 4.00 worth of quarters for both. Bring your own detergent.

The Resort has a large pool ( seasonal only ) 2 hot tubs, and a sauna for year round use.

High Chalet is a lovely, well maintained complex with plenty of parking space.There are 2 gas grills and several charcoal grills for outdoor picnics, a nature trail that leads into the woods. We have seen bears, wild turkeys, fox, and other wild animals from the grounds and resort.

You will find that the condo is immaculately CLEAN and well furnished to provide you with the best experience.You can count on the owner to help 24 hours a day if you have a problem.
You can go behind building 5 in the summer at 9:30 pm and watch the fireworks from Dollywood.

Sugarland Welcome Center has information on trails and other activities around the area to help make your vacation enjoyable.

Not as advertised. It is not a luxury unit. The unit is older. Lots of scuffed furniture, baseboards, etc. The blinds in the living room do not raise well. The tv was “down” and the fireplace was an older electric one that malfunctions when the heat option is attempted. This unit is just ok if you are looking for a basic place. It was clean at least.

The condo is cute, nicely set up but the beds are so unfortunately uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep. Maybe someone else might sleep well in a very firm mattress but we struggled.We didn't use any of the cookware or much else but it was reasonably well stocked as expected. Beautiful view from the bedrooms, was nice to wake up to.

Bottom floor which is great for bringing in luggage but we had noisy neighbors above us. It was nothing that kept me from sleeping with ear plugs.

Pleasant stay

The condo is cute and exactly as described. Kitchen had plenty of dishes. The host was quick to respond to my question and very pleasant. We found the linen supply to be quite adequate and not undersized, cheap, thin towels. Convenient to Pigeon Forge as well as the Gatlinburg main area. Would 100% rent this facility again. CUDOS to the owners.

The owner was amazing. The area was really nice, we were glad to be away from downtown Gatlinburg, but it was still easy to get there when we wanted to do some shopping. We would have preferred it to be a bit cleaner but it wasn't bad.

Just as described

Our party enjoyed the rustic charm and mountain setting of our vacation rental. Conveniently located close to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, but far enough away to see bears in your own “backyard”, this property had the best of both worlds. One of our favorite memories was that perfect spot in the hot tub with a view of Mt. LeConte after a long day of hiking or shopping.

1st Annual Siblings Vacation

Everything was amazing!!! Property was clean and absolutely peaceful. This place was perfect for our first sibling vacation. Anything we needed was within a 10 to 15 minute drive. We had an amazing time and look forward to staying again! P.S. We saw the bears quite a few times!

Chalet Village

I was pleased with the ease of renting the property on line. We had a little trouble finding it and the road to get to it was very scary and difficult for me to drive. But overall, the view is beautiful and the chalet is peaceful and very well kept.

Gatlinburg Get a way

Nice 2 bedroom condo on the top of the mountain. Charming and quaint. Drive up was a real experience! Especially in the dark! I can't imagine doing that in the snow or icy conditions, but a 4 wheel vehicle and experience would help. Views are spectacular. Close to town and the park. Enjoyed it all!

The Price was Right

The property is much smaller than it appears in the photos. There were six adults in our group and it was really cramped. If you are looking for views and a place to hang out this is not it. It sufficed as a place to put our things but when you leave for the day you will not want to make the trek back up the mountain again until you are ready to stay there for the night. The pool was dirty and the hot tubs warm and chemicals burned my throat, it had all of us coughing. Overall it was adequate but I would not book it again.

Way out of way to get to anything spent a lot of travel time. Might have been new beds but they made so much noise when turning over it would wake you up. Not clean at all needs some extra attention in that area. Had to buy toilet paper and trash bags and no dishwasher tablets for dishwasher. Would not rent again.

Checkin was easy. Communication was easy. Opened up the master bedroom closet and found a bag of sheets or something tied up, looked like it was used/needed to be laundered. Additional blanket in closet was in the floor. Patio was nice, but a little cramped. There were a lot of places that needed to be painted and/or touched up in the condo. The number to call upon checkout did not work on the landline nor my cellphone. Had to end up googling the number and be directed to a different number altogether in order to speak to a person to let them know we had checked out on time. Overall it was a nice place.

The drive was beautiful & the condo was decorated nicely. We had to empty the dishwasher when we got there & immediately noticed the dirty closet door next to the fridge. Dishes coming out of dishwasher weren’t clean & we washed things by hand before using. Not a great first impression. The shower liner was moldy & the other shower had mold as well. Stains on sheets & bathroom rug. The smoke alarm went off when we boiled water. Beds were so uncomfortable & you could hear everything going on above you & outside. It was fine for the price I suppose but we probably wouldn’t go back.

Week of ongoing disasters!

Condo is extremely dark even in the middle of the day. It is extremely noisy with people in the condo above this unit. The bed sheets did not fit the mattresses in either room-sheet corners popped off every night. Dishwasher is very difficult to start and is extremely loud when it is running. The toilet in the master bathroom was running when we arrived. Management could not reach maintenance man because he changed his number. He later came and said he would fix it on Saturday. He never showed up so we only had one bathroom for our entire stay. Smoke detectors were beeping when we arrived. Handy man disconnected them and never repaired or replaced them. “Balcony” is too small to use and has very uncomfortable chairs. There is no table, just four chairs at the kitchen island so families can not eat together traditionally or play games in the evenings. Door blinds to balcony are broken. We made do with what we had but would never return or recommend it.
