About this property

Renovated second story condo, located in the wonderful Gatlinburg Summit Condos, minutes from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusement Park.
We have everything you need when you book our spacious 2 bedroom smoke-free condo. It sleeps six , and has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy during those chilly fall and winter evenings! Firewood is available for purchase (a small ‘cash only’ fee at the office).
Main bedroom has a comfortable king bed, closet with iron and ironing board, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom has comfortable queen bed with a reading nook.
The condo is located close (but not too close) to the outdoor pool (closed during winter). A newly rebuilt indoor heated pool, with two heated hot tubs, is nearing completion and should open the end of May 2024. In the adjacent clubhouse is a small arcade for the kids, restrooms, soft drink machine, and a coin operated laundry room. Outside the clubhouse is a playground for the kids, and outdoor grille. Amazing views all around, and sometimes bears playing below.
From the Gatlinburg Summit you are surrounded by any number of things to see and do - hiking, skiing, shopping, sightseeing, fishing, biking, or just people watching.
Bring your kids, come with your significant other, or enjoy some "me" time. For a ‘home away from home’, this is the place to come!

The condo complex does not allow pets. If you bring a pet, you will have take the pet someplace else, or leave, with no refund.

Smoking is only allowed outside on the patio of the condo. If the smell of smoke is detected inside by housekeeping, you will be charged $250.

Quiet hours set by complex management is 9 pm til 9 am. As we are not in the area, we are unable to control the actions of other guests.

Great holiday trip

We enjoyed the mountain top view. The drive up the mountain at 2:30am was not fun but it was the fastest route that my gps chose (from Texas). Once we settled in and looked at alternate routes, we found one that was easier on my car and my anxiety the rest of the trip. Recommend not taking the route up that has any street with “Alpine” in it. Overall, we really enjoyed the location out of the middle of town. We saw three bears right outside the balcony two nights in a row. It was entertaining while making dinner. We enjoyed visiting GSMNP and zip lining at Smoky Mountain zip lining. The views are simply breathtaking. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to come back again in the future.

Amazing mountain retreat

Was perfect home base for our party of 4 for our hiking trip to the Smokies. Just as pictured and super clean and quiet location. Perfect setting to relax after time in the mountains

Great Family Condo

This location was great for our recent family trip! The condo was nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and offered beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. The daily bear activity was fun to watch! We will definitely be back the next time we are visiting Gatlinburg!

We are Cindi and Bob, your hosts for your mountain getaway. It is a place for us to get away from the world, relax, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and forget our cares for a while. Our hope is that you will enjoy our retreat as much as us, and will want to make it a regular destination for you to escape from the every day.

Why they chose this property

Cindi and I had been searching for that perfect place. We wanted beautiful scenery, a mountain feel, but also someplace convenient to a variety of activities, with something available virtually year round. This is where we landed, and it has everything we wanted. We believe you will feel the same.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a new adventure for us. It came much as you see it now, tastefully decorated and furnished, stainless steel appliances, nice flooring and counters, bedding, and freshly painted. We really didn't have to do much, though we have just recently taken ownership. We will add some additional touches over time, but for now we are comfortable with sharing our retreat for others to enjoy.
