Awesome views and beautiful condo.

Very nice condo with plenty of room. We used the free tickets to zipline, do the coaster, and play miniature golf. The view is wonderful! The location was excellent with grocery stores within 5 minutes and the national park within 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Property was very clean, nice and updated. The dryer quit working while we were there and it was fixed before we were back from our evening show! Facility was easily accessible! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience

Close enough to everything with great amenities. Also tucked away so you can avoid a lot of headache. The space was great for my family of 5 with small children to take to Dollywood and hike. Plan to be back.

Place was nice. Had a great time. The mattresses and pillows were like rocks. Advertising a game room is flat out wrong, it consisted of a broken air hockey table with no puck and a broken fooseball table with no ball.

Big Bear condo Pigeon Forge

The property was fine, clean and roomy. The accommodations were fine and the rental experience was easy and went as advertised. However I can only give 2 stars for the overall rental because the mattress and bed frame in the master suite are so bad it was a very uncomfortable week, almost miserable. The mattress is completely broken down so you feel like you will roll off onto the floor. The bed frame is broken and loose so that every move causes a loud squeak or crack. It was terrible. Would not go back to that unit.

Disappointed

At check in, there had not been sufficient instructions explaining how to unlock the front door. Finally, was able to unlock door. There were no pot holders in kitchen, so had to go buy some . In the master bedroom, there were no blinds covering door out to balcony, thus little privacy from outside. The drain in the master bath kept stopping up. Finally found number to call for assistance. We will not be staying at this condo again in the future.

The condo was easy to get to right off of the elevators and extremely clean. I was able to use the Washington dryers no problem and we were able to sit on the beautiful porch and enjoy the sunsets. Bedrooms were ideal enjoyed the very large shower

The place was as advertised. The view was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable but there needs to be a better selection of pillow firmness. The check-in process was great. We did, however, run into some issues. 1. The sleeper sofa was dirty when we opened it up to sleep on. 2. The air conditioning stopped working on day 2. We came back from a long day in the sun and the condo was at 79 degrees. I called the office immediately and spoke with a representative and told them the problem. They informed me that someone would call me. I never received a call. I did, however, receive a text 2 days later asking if the problem was sufficiently taken care of. Well, I personally took it upon myself to try and takecare of the air conditioning problem. I worked on it for a couple hours. Then, I decided to turn it all the way off and reset the system. It did work but took another 2 hours to cool the entire condo. I was disappointed with the communication that was lacking from the Itrip personnel. 3. One of the electrical outlets in the bathroom was inoperable. I did try to reset the GFI with no success.4. The TV in one bedroom was not working with the remote, or they need some directions to better understand the process. 5. One of the cushions out on the deck was torn and not usable. We had a great time but the communication is lacking and needs to be addressed.

Cozy, Comfortable and perfect location!!

We took a short trip with the family for the weekend. The condo was absolutely perfect. The decor was cozy and welcoming; we felt right at home. The best part about this condo is the location in the heart of pigeon Forge. Literally took less than five minutes to be in downtown. From the check-in process to the checkout process, everything was smooth, everyone was so accommodating, and we will certainly be back to stay at Big Bear.
