Beautiful property over looking the golf course in a lovely and safe complex. The playground and pools were a bonus for the kids! Great communication with the host too. We’d definitely stay there again!

Great stay , condo was super nice , only thing I can think of is kitchen needed some hot pads . We cooked there a couple of nights . But all in all perfect . Hosts were excellent.

We had a good stay at the apartment. Looking forward to staying again in future! It is close to the Dollywood parks and island. Lazy river and pool are great additions as well. The golf course view is great as well! Thanks.

Highly recommend this condo. It's in a great location, and the condo, grounds, and amenities are in excellent condition. The location is perfect, nestled between the Pigeon River and the golf course, it feels separate from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but close to all the restaurants, activities, and Dollywood.

Great stay for a great price. Clean and easy to access our room and the resort. Our kids loved the lazy river, pool, and play ground. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch area watching people golf. It a perfect location. Seconds from Dollywood and the strip. Great host. Absolutely recommend staying here and we will certainly be a repeat guest in the future.

Great accommodations. We were just disappointed because there was no coffee service in the apartment - coffee maker but no supplies - and because the property's hot tub was as cold as the pool. That was one of the reasons we booked the property. We understand that is not the fault of the owners.

Everything was clean and plenty of towels. Parking was not an issue. Our host was great with communication and everything was exactly as stated and as pictured. Directions were good and check in very smooth. We will be back again. Didn’t get to use the pool but looked great! Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend this VRBO

30/day cleaning fee seemed excessive since there was no daily cleaning. The resort itself was beautiful and the location was great

For clarification of the cleaning fee it is a flat fee for what’s called a turnover or change of guests. Whereas the direct resort booking does perform a daily soft clean the difference is in the total cost of the booking. VRBO bookings are popular because of the total savings versus booking through the resort.
