Getting Around:

Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.

We stayed for three nights over the labor day weekend. The location was great. Close to the activities but away from town enough to feel like you were in the woods and somewhat secluded. The property was accurately described on the VRBO site. Owners were helpful and informative. Check in process easy and stress free. We enjoyed our stay and the property provided everything we needed for our stay.

It was absolutely worth the money and a beautiful location with easy access to everything nearby. The heated pool was great for the kids, too! The area was kept clean, but inconsiderate patrons that arrived left cigarette butts all over instead of using the butt can in the smoking area (all the same cigarette brand, so presumablyone person). Host was responsive and timely, but both the questions I asked regarding what was available in the kitchen were answered incorrectly which made us lose time necessary to acquire items not available. Parking is tight, but not impossible. The stove elements didn't heat quickly which slowed cooking, and the unit needs an update. Other units on the property had been remodeled and looked very nice inside. None of this is a reason not to select this property, but I believe in honest reviews to help other patrons. Great location if going to Dollywood or the Island, and only 15 minutes from Garlinburg.

Overall, it was okay. When we arrived, the couches were damp from what we hoped was from cleaning. The floors in the main bedroom were sticky. the toilet was dirty. It was a little confusing for check in. I was receiving text from the property manager, but bever received any direction of which unit or instructions. I was able to log back in and retrieve the info. However, it was just luck from trying to figure things out. We were not aware of the one parking spot unit arrival. the parking is a free for all, multiple times we had to find other guest and ask them to move rental sling shots from our spot. Overall, the stay was okay. It was nice having a spot to retreat to. The location is great. and access to the property is good. Would we stay here again, if we couldn't find something else a better then yes. The issues are manageable. We were neither disgusted nor impressed but it worked for what we were there visiting for. Thanks for the stay.

We chose this neighborhood because it's right in the heart of Pigeon Forge super close to all the fun but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Our place is in a great spot where you can easily get to places like The Island, Dollywood, and tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions within minutes.

What we love most is the vibe it’s friendly, relaxed, and perfect for both families and couples. You’ll see people out enjoying the area, maybe heading to a show or grabbing ice cream nearby. Plus, the mountain views around here never get old. It really gives you that Smoky Mountain feel without being far from anything.
