The townhome was lovely and clean. The shower pressure was wonderful. We enjoyed the Roku tv service. The closets were huge and some hangers were provided which was very nice. Communication with our hosts was excellent when we had questions. Great location with easy access to town and close enough to Dollywood that we could hear the train whistle!

The location was great being close to everything but it was not accommodating as far as having extra sets of sheets for the sofa bed I had to go out and purchase sheets and a blanket for myself the shower in the kids room with the double beds water did not get hot.

So disappointed. We were looking forward to a indoor heated pool. We were told the day before our arrival that the pool has a leak and is closed. If your expecting pool time....forget it. We were here all week and seen no one working on the pool. They are saying March 2nd. Not going to happen.

We arrived dropped off our luggage then went to the grocery store to come to find out we were locked out of the property. We called and texted every number we could find and the only thing we got was AI. It took them over an hour to reach out to us and another 1 1/2 to get someone there to break in to our property for us. There was also a water leak from the second floor then the electricity went out in half of the apartment. The pool was dirty and the hottub was removed and boarded up. They never did let me know anything about that. We checked out 2 days early because of all the problems with the property and zero support! It was told to us that it was under new management so please don't believe any review from the past. It's being ran like a cheap motel.

I stayed here for a one-week get away with my elderly parents and our dogs. The apartment / condo was spacious and clean, and the hosts were very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion would be that the listings state which units are ADA friendly (they may already do so).

Love that townhome pet friendly. So very close to Dollywood a huge plus for us since traveling with young children also. They loved swimming in the indoor pool one afternoon. Two and a half bathrooms another plus for us. We found the condo clean upon our arrival. Would return here again.

The unit was not the same as the pictures. The listing said their were some variations but the pictures were of a more updated property. This unit was very basic but the price was reasonable and the location was fantastic. The deck was in need of some work and the unit could use a little attention to the details. For example the vents and the corners had dust. The host was quick to respond when I asked questions.
