Mountain View Condos offer sunset mountain views and yet are parkway close. Restaurants are walking distance away. Even offering a shuttle for 50 cents just steps away.
Condo has Year Round Hot Tub & Indoor Pool and Heated Splashpad Outdoor Pool, Playground, Picnic tables and Grills are also available.
We love the views from the all the rooms. There are perfect sunsets from our Balcony. Home is furnished with leather furniture, upgraded kitchen and fridge with side by side ice and water dispenser. We offer three comfy bedrooms with two king sized beds, and two queens (including queen Aero bed) flat screens in all the rooms.

Our Mountain View Home features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, inviting stacked stone fireplace, high speed internet, HDTV's, jetted tub, and private balconies with amazing mountain views.

Come see why we fell in love with and made it our home. It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Mountain View Condo's are located between red light #0 and red light #1. We're across the street from the Titanic, turn Left at Dunkin Donut's.

This unit has all new appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a Jetted tub in the master bedroom. There is a washer, dryer & blowdryer too.
Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park 3 miles away. Enjoy The Island, LeConte Convention Center and Kal Ripken Experience only one mile away. Even groceries are available just a mile away at Publix, Walmart or Kroger.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo offers great Mountain and Sunset views and you can see the Titanic Fireworks as well.

We love the area so much our family owns other units.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom. VRBO 455176 & 609850 have ADA toilets and grab bars.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Central location for activities in pigeon forge! The condo is nice enough, though dated and everything smelled musty, to the point where we all woke up with the sniffles in the mornings. I'm assuming it's the HVAC system but the washer was also mildewy and made our clothing smell. I tried to clean the washer but it did not help. Doors to the balcony barely close though it was nice to sit outside. Beds were comfortable enough!

We love to visit the Smoky Mountains and see the leaves change colors. Enjoying a comfortable space with our family is a true blessing. Retiring back to our home with comfy leather furniture and a fully furnished kitchen is so much better than any hotel room. Come see why we choose our condo as our family's home away from home. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and having a saltwater pool that provides hours of fun. We take pride in our home and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. Come and visit and see why it is our away from home!

Why they chose this property

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We loved that this property was walking distance to restaurants and the Trolley. We love being so close to town and have no parking or steep curvy roads to contend with. We also purchased this property because we loved how close it is to Dollywood (3 miles). We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenit is the salt water pool and year-round hot tub. We love to walk to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just 1 mile from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)
