Condo was very clean. Excellent location. It is very close to everything on the strip of Pigeon Forge. Our party of 7 loved it! The 3 bedroom and 3 bath was perfect for our trip. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Great location and parking was great also. The unit needs a good cleaning. Sock under kitchen table, trash under bed, heater room was loaded with trash and dust balls. Window blinds were dirty. The hot water was hot only for one person to take a shower and then it turned warm for the rest of the guests. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Electric fireplace needs an upgrade, very low flame.

We thought that that the location was great! Just a few minutes from all the major attractions, Dollywood, Dolly’s Stampede, Mountain Coasters to name a few.The unit was clean and had the essentials needed.The pool and hot tub was right down the stairs. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony and seeing the ducks and geese each morning and then again at night going the other way. We also saw an eagle.

The place was immaculate when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were a little flat. The balcony was wonderful. We spent many afternoons enjoying the rushing of the waters. There were a couple of small issues which were rectified, but overall it was a lovely stay.

We loved our stay here and will be back! The condo is exactly as described and the location is perfect. We were close enough to Le Conte Center for competition and all of the restaurants and entertainment but the balcony overlooking the river gave you the feeling of being further off of the beaten path. The hosts were very quick to reply with the few minor things we needed addressed. We were impressed with cleanliness, space, enough seating, enough cabinet space to put our groceries, large enough table to all eat together and adequately stocked kitchen. We can't wait to plan our next trip here!
