2nd Stay at Riverstone Resort

This is our 2nd time staying at Riverstone Resort. The first time left such a great impression on us and given the amenities they offer and how close the resort is to everything in Pigeon Forge, it was an easy decision to stay with them. I highly recommend the Riverstone Resort and look forward to when we can stay there again.

The location is perfect and very close to Dollywood in downtown pigeon Forge. We would love to come back. It was spacious for my three kids and my husband and I.

Family Christmas trip

Family of 6 stayed for an after Christmas trip. Condo was spacious, clean and amenities were as described. Nice workout room and pool that was enjoyed by family.

Inviting Get Away

The unit was very spacious for five of us adults. Felt warm and inviting in every space of the unit. Made you feel like you were in your own home. Plenty of towels for all. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed to be stocked. Very clean unit. Great central location.

Clean but No Wifi!!

The condo was very clean and convenient to Dollywood and several other places. The only issues I had was that there was no wifi (resort wifi is not for private rental) and the televisions were very outdated. The kids couldn't play their video games nor could we watch Netflix. Overall, great for the cleanliness and location but ideal for someone who wants to work, play video games or watch movies. Also, check out time is 10am not 11am and the instructions received vs what's on the fridge are different.

Very nice condo, beautifully furnished and in a convenient location. The owner/s have left nothing undone. Clean with a generous start up supply of necessities like soap, detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. Amenities in the complex were first rate….pool, lazy river, fitness room, playground and more. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Condo was great. Really enjoyed the river view. Pool area floor was extremely slick - be careful. 3 year old fell and my 89 year old mother struggled to walk on the slick tile floor. Also, chair lift was difficult to get set up and we ended up not being able to use it. Several of the jets in the hot tub were gone, so not a great experience there. Family loved the lazy river. All were heated.

Awesome condo!

My family and friends were very impressed with this clean, quiet, and well appointed 3 BR condo at Riverstone Resort. Plenty of room for the 6 of us all and having comfy king sized beds in all 3 of the BRs was a nice bonus vs most places. The kids loved the big indoor pool and hot tub. The location in Pigeon Forge is perfect - nice quiet and safe location but just around the corner from the Parkway. Alisa was a super responsive host. Will be back!

Smith-Welch Family Time

Had a wonderful time with Grandchildren (5) , son and daughter in law, daughter and son in law and wonderful husband. Resort offered so many different things for grandchildren to enjoy. Could not have wanted more. Pigeon Forge was a delight with lots of new activities to enjoy.

Nice place to stay!

Overall very satisfied. Owner responded quicky to questions we had when we first arrived (regarding the coffee maker). Minor: towels in both bathrooms were well worn and there could have been a couple more for each bathroom.
